Desert Rainbow features two distinct
rentals available in an 8,000 square foot home in the foothills
in the neighborhood of Swan and Sunrise. The owners live in 4,000
square feet, and the balance is divided into two rentals. Desert Rainbow Uno is approximately 800 square
feet and is equipped with a bedroom, kitchen, living area with
a futon, and bathroom. The eating area is small with seating
for two. The small kitchen has a small refrigerator sized 19”
x 33”. Desert Rainbow Dos is approximately
3,200 square feet. The downstairs of Desert Rainbow Dos has a
large circular bed, small bathroom, grand fireplace and a huge
living area with glass doors leading to the first private garden.
The loft of Desert Rainbow Dos has king and trundle beds and
a small food-prep area with a dorm frig. The shower facility
for Dos requires a short walk outside to get to there. If there
are no renters in Uno while you are renting Dos, you are free
to use the shower facilities in Uno also.
Uno and Dos can be combined for
a large and open living area encompassing 4,000 square feet of
luxury living! The Desert Rainbow home features secluded gardens,
hot tub and pool with long views
overlooking the city. The night lights are a comforting
and satisfying sight. The front of the home features gorgeous
desert landscaping and glorious Catalina Mountain views.

There are no laundry facilities.
Arrangements may be made with the owners to use their washer/dryer.
