Policies
We have expanded
our rental opportunities to include guest houses and vacation
homes as well as condos in Tucson.

A 50% deposit
is required to hold your reservation. Cancellations 30 days or
more in advance of your arrival date will be charged a $30 administrative
fee. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance are billed the
full amount unless another renter is found. |

We charge an additional
$50 per week for each additional person over the first two. |

We ask that you
do not smoke in our vacation rentals. If you need to smoke, please
do so outside. |

We are happy to
waive our $100 cleaning fee if you leave the vacation rental
as you found it! |

We accept MasterCard,
American Express, Visa, Discover, and personal checks. |

Can You Expect From Us?

We will take time
to discuss the vacation rental's features and to answer any questions
you may have before you commit to a rental from us. |

We will provide
detailed directions to your vacation rental. |

We will make alternative
arrangements to pick up your keys if you arrive outside our normal
check-in times. |

When possible,
we will meet you there, get you acquainted with the area, and
help answer any questions you may have. |
